Download the App

Search "The Event App by EventsAIR" from the Google Play or Apple App Store

Enter the Event Code (We will email you the code a few weeks before the event)

Log in with your email address and the PIN code provided in the email

Upload Your Personal Photo & Add Contacts

  • Tap the top-left icon to show your QR code or scan others’ codes to make connections

  • Click "my photo" to upload your photo, and it will be displayed in the contact exchange list

  • Search the attendee information under the Contact Exchange

  • Click the "online now" button to see who's available and receive invitations or messages

  • Under the "Connection" tab in the Contact Exchange section, you can view the added contacts, communicate with them, and schedule meetings

Browse the full session schedule and bookmark sessions to create your personal agenda

View detailed profiles of participating exhibitors and speakers

  • Meetings & Missed Meetings

Keep track of your scheduled meetings and any you may have missed

Access a downloadable PDF of the exhibition hall floor plan
